About Jala Nala
Who we are?
A consultancy merging legal governance, community development, and practical business structures
The Founder
Fiona Seleke was born and bred in Naledi, Soweto. She has walked the corridors of corporate South Africa while remaining grounded in community. Her legal, governance, and commercial expertise are lived and practiced.
She holds an LLB, BCom Law, and is completing the CGISA qualification, with a Postgraduate Certificate in Risk, Compliance and Governance.
Experience includes CIPC registrations, tax compliance, PPP contracts, governance frameworks, NEC/FIDIC/GCC/JBCC, bid governance, PPPFA, and B-BBEE alignment.
She has led multidisciplinary bid teams and negotiated with state-owned entities. Her work at Jala Nala brings together technical excellence, empathy, and dignified entrepreneurship.
